Dance Barre Elite Company is a community group of dancers (6 – 18 years of age) and their families, whose interest is the promotion of cultural, wholesome and well-supervised activities for young people.  More specifically, this program is dedicated to the task of developing good citizens by providing a nourishing teaching environment through the art of dance. These young dancers will learn the spirit of competition, team unity and an appreciation for the arts. This Organization operates under strong leadership, which creates a positive atmosphere where dancers take class, rehearse, perform and compete in the Art of Dance.

The members of Dance Barre Elite Company give to our Arts community, a pledge of conformity to the highest standards of personal conduct, team development, and good sportsmanship.  In the final analysis, what becomes of the dancer is a primary objective of our group.  “Is the dancer a better person as a result of their experience in the program?  Has the dancer learned lessons and acquired good habits and attitudes which will make them more effective in their future years as a parent and/or finer citizen?”  The art of dance and participation in this Elite Company involves a tremendous amount of sacrifice, commitment and dedication from both the dancer and their family. Our aim at Dance Barre is to make our program an exceptional learning, growing and enjoyable experience for all.

The objective of Dance Barre shall be to implant firmly in our membership, the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, determination, courage and respect for authority, through the art of Dance, so that they may become well adjusted, stronger and happier children and will grow to be good, decent, healthy and trustworthy citizens.

To achieve these objectives, Dance Barre Elite Company must raise funds through various fundraisers and your support is not only appreciated but also required in order for us to continue our mission. We cannot continue this path we are on without support of organizations such as yours. Any donation is greatly appreciated and you will be recognized for your kind donation at our events and within our Dance community.
